The introduction of Home Information Packs means that legal know-how is required from the outset. It is therefore essential that prospective sellers should consult with their Solicitor at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss the preparation of a Home Information Pack.

JRL Law work alongside Estate Agents to provide an efficient and cost effective Home Information Pack service. Working together with the Estate Agent, we shall be able to deliver our Clients a high quality and efficient service in the preparation of Home Information Packs.
